Location: 3 days/week onsite at a major international HQ (Heathrow area)

Type: Permanent 12-month initial assignment (potential for account growth)

Salary: £85000 - 95,000

About the Role

Join an experienced Architecture team leading a cloud-first transformation for a high-profile global organization. This is a hands-on, strategic architect position collaborating closely with Oracle, engineering teams, and external vendors to deliver best-in-class HRIS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring robust integration and data architecture within complex HRIS environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
• Review code and contribute to modern software design-this is not an "ivory tower" architect role
• Manage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Must-Have Experience

• 10+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• 3-5 years in a dedicated architect role
• Strong experience with integration/data architecture in complex HRIS environments
• Background with both Oracle Cloud and third-party vendor solutions
• Ability to review code and apply modern software design principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in the airline industry
