As migration programme manager, you'll lead a lending platform migration, working closely with operations, technology, and the wider business to shape delivery, manage risk and bring teams together around a successful transition.

This is a high-profile position with strong visibility across senior stakeholders, offering genuine scope to influence how the organisation delivers its lending operations, along with excellent development opportunities as the programme evolves.

This role would suit an experienced program manager with:

• A track record of leading complex lending platform migrations or transformation programmes
• Deep knowledge of LoanIQ (Essential)
• Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle
• Experience building relationships across senior business and technology teams
• Strong programme governance, risk and controls expertise

Experience within wholesale lending operations would also be valuable.
