We're looking for an experienced SailPoint Identity Now (IDN) Developer to join our client during the early stages of a major identity and access management implementation project. This role is ideal for an all-rounder who can hit the ground running and bring hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and integrating SailPoint IDN in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the implementation of SailPoint Identity Now (IDN) from the ground up

• Design and develop identity workflows and automation processes

• Set up and configure connectors/integrations with various systems (eg, HR systems, Active Directory)

• Manage data migration from Legacy identity systems to SailPoint IDN

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align identity processes with business requirements

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience implementing SailPoint Identity Now (IDN) in enterprise environments

• Strong understanding of identity workflows, governance, and life cycle management

• Experience with connectors and integrations, particularly with HR systems and Active Directory (AD)

• Hands-on experience with system migrations related to identity and access management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative project team
