Front End Developer- React (Security Cleared)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Front End Developer with strong React and TypeScript expertise to join a client project on a 6-month contract.

Due to the nature of the project, candidates must hold active UK security clearance and be a UK citizen. You will work remotely as part of a development team building and maintaining modern web applications.

The role requires a developer who can contribute quickly, working with React, TypeScript, and AWS in a fast-paced environment.

The interview process is fast-tracked, with one interview stage and offers expected within the same week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using React and TypeScript

• Build responsive, scalable, and high-quality user interfaces

• Work closely with back-end developers and cloud teams working with AWS

• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in front-end development

• Contribute to application performance optimisation and maintainability

• Collaborate with the wider engineering team to deliver features efficiently

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development

• Strong expertise in React

• Solid experience with TypeScript

• Experience working with AWS environments

• Experience building modern, scalable web applications

• Ability to work independently in a remote development environment
