Are you an expert at making complex systems talk to each other? My client, a global leader in the HR consulting space, is embarking on a massive HR transformation and needs a heavyweight SuccessFactors Integration Architect to lead the charge.
They need a hands-on strategist who can navigate the intricacies of integrating SAP SuccessFactors modules and payroll, focusing on data consistency, process automation, and security.
The Mission
- Own the end-to-end integration strategy between SuccessFactors and third-party vendors (Payroll, Benefits, Time).
- Design and build robust interfaces using SAP Integration Suite/CPI
- Tackle complex API challenges (OData, SFAPI) and solve data mapping headaches before they impact the business.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and HR stakeholders to ensure the solution meets real-world needs.
The Essentials
- 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors specifically
- Deep expertise in CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) is non-negotiable.
- Strong understanding of various SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Payroll, etc.
The Details
- 12 months initially, with a high likelihood of extension.
- Remote-first, with very occassional travel to the London office.
