Empiric have received an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Sales & Service Cloud experience. Plus skills in working with a global team throughout the design, development, launch, and support of Salesforce.com solutions.

Our client is looking for strong candidates to with a good experience of stakeholder management and lots of client facing meetings providing solutions

The Sales & Service Cloud Business Analyst will provide airline industry experiences to help improve Salesforce solutions, help to resolve, mitigate issues, and risks as they arise..

Skills / Experience

10+ years of relevant Salesforce experience

Strong Salesforce Business Analyst expertise in Sales & Service Cloud

Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making

Certifications

•Sales and/or Service Cloud

Other

  • Term: 6 to 18 months plus possible extensions
  • Rate: Excellent day rate + Starter Bonus + Free Lunch Club experience
