Salesforce Solution Architect – Sales Cloud (Telecom)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end implementation of Sales Cloud for a global telecom client.

You will lead technical oversight and governance across Salesforce implementations, driving architecture and design workshops focused on scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. You will architect and deliver custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and modern web technologies, while defining robust integration patterns. You will mentor cross-functional teams and manage custom development, integrations, and data migration, acting as the technical lead throughout delivery.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect
  • Expertise in Salesforce solution design
  • Experience with Salesforce APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, Javascript, SOAP and REST techniques, LWC ▪ Worked on Sales, Service, experience cloud
  • Sound experience in Integration design

  • Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

    • Salesforce Sales Cloud, PD1, PD2 certification
    • Salesforce Architect Certification
