Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator looking for your next challenge We are working with a global tech business in West Bromwich who are seeking a proactive and approachable individual to join their team. This role will start on a temp-to-perm basis, offering excellent scope to grow into a supervisory position in the near future.

The Role

• Administer, review, and maintain customer and supplier contracts.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across all contract documentation.
• Manage updates within ServiceNow (or similar contract management systems).
• Act as a fair and professional point of contact for disputes from sales teams or customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth contract delivery.
• Proactively look for ways to improve processes and systems.
• Support management with reporting, audits, and general contract administration.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a contract administration or contract management role.
• Exposure to ServiceNow or other CRM/contract systems is desirable.
• A strong communicator who is patient, approachable, and professional.
• Someone hardworking, forward-thinking, and not afraid to get stuck in.
• Ability to manage disputes in a fair and balanced way.
