Revenue Marketing Manager

Revenue Marketing Manager Glasgow, Hybrid £45,000 - £50,000 Bonus Full Time, Permanen t

Are you the kind of marketer who can take ideas, agencies, campaigns, data and sales feedback, and turn it all into meaningful pipeline?

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS business with an established customer base, a strong reputation in its market and ambitious plans for growth.

They are now looking for a Revenue Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing performance, lead external agency relationships and make sure every campaign, channel and activity is working towards one clear goal: revenue growth.

This is not a traditional “make things look nice” marketing role.

This is a commercial, data-led, hands-on role for someone who understands how marketing supports sales, creates demand and drives measurable business results.

The Role

As Revenue Marketing Manager, you will sit at the centre of marketing, sales, leadership and external agency partners.

You will not be expected to do everything yourself. A key part of this role will be managing external agencies, keeping them accountable, making sure campaigns are delivered properly and ensuring activity is aligned with the wider business strategy.

You will be the person who brings everything together.

You will manage campaign planning, review performance, challenge results, monitor lead quality and work closely with senior stakeholders to make sure marketing activity is generating the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing external marketing agencies and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to standard
  • Owning marketing performance, reporting and return on investment
  • Monitoring lead quality, conversion rates and pipeline contribution
  • Coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns across internal and external teams
  • Working closely with sales to improve lead flow, follow-up and conversion
  • Reviewing campaign data and identifying opportunities to improve results
  • Supporting demand generation and pipeline growth activity
  • Managing campaign priorities, deadlines and performance expectations
  • Presenting clear marketing insights to senior leadership
  • Making sure marketing activity is commercially focused and directly linked to growth

The Candidate

We are looking for a commercially minded marketer who understands the link between marketing activity, sales performance and revenue.

This role would suit someone who has worked in revenue marketing, growth marketing, demand generation or B2B marketing and is ready to take more ownership of strategy, agency management and performance.

You will need to be confident managing external partners, asking the right questions, challenging performance and making sure marketing activity is delivering value.

You do not need to come from a SaaS background, although it would be helpful. What matters most is that you understand B2B marketing, lead generation, campaign performance and how to work with different people to get results.

You will need:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, revenue marketing, growth marketing or demand generation
  • Experience managing external agencies or third-party marketing partners
  • A strong understanding of lead generation and pipeline development
  • The ability to analyse campaign performance and turn data into action
  • Confidence working closely with sales and senior leadership
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A commercial mindset and a genuine interest in driving business growth
  • Experience within SaaS would be desirable, but is not essential

In return:

  • £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
  • Performance-related bonus
  • Hybrid working
  • The opportunity to take real ownership of marketing performance
  • A key role in a growing SaaS business with ambitious plans
  • The chance to manage external agencies and shape how marketing supports revenue growth
  • A role where your work will be visible, valued and directly linked to business performance
