Azure Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Consultant to help design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Azure services, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client infrastructure and business needs to design Azure-based solutions.
- Develop and implement Azure cloud architectures including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Migrate on-premises workloads to Azure, including applications, databases, and services.
- Optimize Azure environments for performance, cost, and security.
- Create architecture diagrams, documentation, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Azure-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current with Azure updates, features, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Strong understanding of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and networking components.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, ARM templates, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI) and infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Azure Monitor, and Azure Security Center.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies.
- Knowledge of data services like Azure SQL, Data Factory, and Synapse.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes on Azure).
