Fortinet SDWAN Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy Fortinet SD-WAN solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.
• Conduct network assessments and provide recommendations for SD-WAN optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues.
• Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and operations.
• Stay updated on Fortinet product updates and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Fortinet SD-WAN technologies.
• Strong knowledge of FortiOS, FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.
• Experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VPNs, and network segmentation.
• Familiarity with security best practices and threat mitigation.
• Fortinet NSE certifications (NSE 4 or higher preferred).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-vendor SD-WAN environments.
• Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in managed services or consulting environments.
