Data Analyst - Global Fintech Leader (Contract)

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days from home)

Rate: Up to £285 per day (umbrella)

Duration: 9-month contract (current end date: September 2026)

 

About the Role

We're partnering with a global fintech leader to hire a Data Analyst within their Customer Success Data Science team, driving data capabilities and insights across international markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced data professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a tangible impact on how customer success is measured and delivered across multiple regions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build robust data foundations - Work with engineering teams to improve data integrity, pipelines, and governance across international markets.
  • Develop actionable dashboards - Create scalable, user-friendly dashboards that deliver real-time insights on key performance metrics (tNPS, Issue Resolution, AHT, etc.).
  • Deliver deep-dive analytics - Conduct root-cause analysis to identify pain points and drive operational improvements.
  • Support experimentation - Analyse A/B test outcomes to optimize customer and digital experiences.
  • Influence through storytelling - Translate data insights into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions across business units.

 

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years' experience in Data Analytics or Data Science (ideally within Customer Success, Operations, or Digital Experience).
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and pipeline development.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Qlik, or similar visualization tools.
  • Experience with big data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark) and ETL processes.
  • Exposure to Python or R for automation, experimentation, or analytics.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset and comfort working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a data-related field (or equivalent experience).
