A global SaaS technology business is looking for a Program Manager (Contractor) to join its EMEA Commercial team, leading high-impact programmes focused on high-touch account management and customer retention.

You’ll drive strategic initiatives from idea to execution, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional commercial programmes end-to-end
• Connect strategy to execution, prioritising high-impact work
• Define and track KPIs, linking delivery to revenue and retention outcomes
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, and clear reporting
• Identify risks, unblock issues, and drive change at pace
• Influence senior stakeholders using data-driven insights

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in program & change management within SaaS / GTM / Sales or Marketing environments
• Experience delivering B2B sales motions, account management, or retention programmes
• Strong stakeholder management, with influence at VP level
• Data-driven, delivery-focused, and comfortable in matrixed environments
• Experience using project tools such as Smartsheets
• PMP / APM PMQ certification preferred
