Job Title: Sales Enablement Specialist - Marketing SaaS (EMEA)

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in office

Rate: Up to £290 per day Umbrella

Contract End Date: April 2027

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support a leading global SaaS organisation’s Go-To-Market team across EMEA. You will be responsible for onboarding new sales hires, delivering ongoing training, coaching sales teams, and ensuring sellers have the tools and knowledge needed to perform at their best.

You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations to deliver high-impact enablement programmes that improve performance and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and improve onboarding programmes for new sales hires across EMEA.
  • Review sales calls and run coaching and calibration sessions with Sales Managers.
  • Design and deliver sales training covering prospecting, discovery, value-based selling, and closing.
  • Deliver product updates and build ongoing learning resources for sales teams.
  • Track enablement activities, engagement, and maintain programme documentation.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in sales enablement and previous sales experience (3–5 years in each).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or marketing technology is desirable.
  • Ability to analyse data and identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable influencing without direct authority.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and productivity software.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
