The RoleThis is a genuine player-manager position, combining hands-on sales leadership with personal business development responsibilities.
Approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to coaching and developing a team of Sales Development Representatives and Business Development Managers, while the remaining 50% will focus on building your own pipeline, managing strategic sales opportunities and winning new business.
You'll lead by example, helping your team maximise performance while continuing to demonstrate what great sales looks like through your own results.
