About Enablis

Enablis is scaling from 27 to 50 people in 2026, with AI capability central to that growth. We already have an internal AI platform, an active upskilling programme, and commercial momentum.

Now we’re hiring the senior AI voice who will help shape and scale the practice externally.

The Role

This is a senior, client-facing AI leadership role. You’ll lead AI engagements from discovery to delivery, co-sell with our Commercial Team, shape our AI service offerings, and represent Enablis externally. You’ll combine technical credibility with commercial fluency, equally comfortable with engineers and CTOs.

This role balances delivery oversight, practice development, thought leadership and strategic growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading client AI engagements end-to-end
• Shaping proposals and supporting pitches
• Defining AI service offerings and delivery methodologies
• Representing Enablis at events, conferences and Co-Labs
• Mentoring AI engineers and internal AI Enablers
• Advising on internal AI platform strategy and client positioning

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Strong background in software engineering, architecture or technical delivery
• Clear pivot into AI, with hands-on understanding of LLMs, agent architectures, RAG and modern AI ecosystems
• Experience leading client AI or digital transformation engagements
• Consultancy or professional services background
• Ability to translate AI capability into commercial value
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience mentoring and developing others

Desirable:

• Experience building or leading an AI practice
• UK tech/AI network
• Enterprise client exposure (regulated or complex environments)
• Visible thought leadership profile

We’re not looking for a pure strategist, this is a builder role in a scaling consultancy.
