The Role
We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead strategic enterprise sales across the retail sector. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping sales strategy, and positioning Enactor as a leading unified commerce solution within global retail markets.
You will operate at both strategic and hands-on levels β leading complex sales cycles, engaging C-suite stakeholders, and collaborating closely with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategy across UK and European markets
- Own and manage the sales pipeline
- Drive new business acquisition and long-term revenue growth
- Set KPIs and ensure performance against ambitious revenue targets
Solution Demonstration & Pre-Sales
- Articulate and demonstrate the value of the Enactor platform
- Lead client demos and discovery sessions
- Manage RFIs and RFP processes
- Translate client requirements into commercial and technical proposals
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Development and Product teams to tailor solutions
- Bridge commercial objectives with technical capabilities
- Support functional specification discussions where required
Client & Market Engagement
- Engage enterprise retail clients at C-suite level
- Understand complex retail challenges and position Enactor accordingly
- Represent Enactor at global trade shows and industry conferences
What Weβre Looking For
- Proven sales leadership experience within enterprise software or SaaS
- Strong background selling into retail organisations
- Demonstrable experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and pipeline management skills
- Ability to operate confidently in technical discussions (or effectively partner with development teams)
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving capability
- Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic, high-growth environment
