Junior M&E Revit Technician

A well-established building services company has an immediate requirement for a junior M&E Revit Technician to join their Revit Team in their London office.

You would be assisting with the development, implementation and maintenance of BIM standards.

Full training will be given to develop your skills in Revit

Principal tasks and responsibilities:

1. Technical
* Be able to draw accurate 2D/3D drawings in Revit
* Be able to run cash detection
* Good problem solving to help fix any clashes
* Gain further understanding on view templates
* Gain knowledge on how to coordinate efficiently in 3D
* Check their own work thoroughly in 3D views
* Maintain BIM standards and use Company's BIM library

2. The Person
* 0 - 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Revit MEP and construction IT
* Working under pressure
* Prioritising workload for self
* Producing work with high level of attention to detail
* High-level working knowledge of Revit or similar BIM drafting software
* High-level knowledge of UK drafting standards
* Flexible and resilient 'can do' attitude
* Team focussed
