What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Managing IT incidents and service requests from first contact through to resolution
🔹 Supporting Windows, Android, iOS devices and core business systems
🔹 Working within a Microsoft 365 hybrid environment (Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Exchange Online, endpoint protection)
🔹 Managing joiners, leavers, and access provisioning securely
🔹 Assisting with hardware/software installs and upgrades
🔹 Supporting cybersecurity controls including MFA and device compliance
🔹 Contributing to IT improvement projects, migrations, and upgrades
🔹 Supporting ISO 27001 aligned processes across the business
What We’re Looking For
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Support / Service Desk
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication with users at all levels
✔ Organised, proactive and customer-focused mindset
✔ Experience in Microsoft / Windows environments
✔ Ability to travel between sites when required
Bonus Skills (Desirable)
⭐ Microsoft 365 administration
⭐ Intune / RMM / MDM tools
⭐ Networking & security knowledge
⭐ PowerShell scripting
⭐ ISO 27001 / Cyber Essentials familiarity
⭐ IT certifications (CompTIA / Microsoft / Cisco)
