The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting and expanding our international Cloud recruitment division. Working in a 360 recruitment model, you’ll develop your own desk, grow your client base, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.

This role is open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude, as well as those with some experience in recruitment or sales, offering structured training and clear progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent Cloud roles across global clients
  • Building and nurturing an international network of top-tier Cloud professionals
  • (AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps, Kubernetes, Security, etc.)
  • Developing your own client and candidate network within the Cloud market
  • Collaborating closely with senior consultants and learning from top performers
  • Working in a fast-paced, international environment across the UK and Europe

What We’re Looking For

  • Entry-level candidates or professionals with 6+ months’ experience in Recruitment and/or Sales
  • Strong ambition, energy, and a clear growth mindset
  • Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented attitude
