We’re hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our SAP Contract team focused on the Benelux market.
This isn’t the easiest desk to start — contract takes time to build, and the return isn’t immediate.
But once it clicks, it becomes a high-performing market with strong, recurring revenue and some of the biggest commission potential in the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Speaking daily with SAP contractors across the Benelux and wider European market
- Building long-term relationships in a fast-moving, candidate-led space
- Learning contract rates, availability, and market dynamics
- Supporting live contract roles with international clients
- Gradually stepping into client interaction and business development

- Background in sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles
- Competitive mindset and comfort working towards targets
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
- Resilience and motivation to play the long game
- Interest in tech or specialist markets
