As a Recruitment Consultant in the SAP Permanent team, you will:
- Build and manage relationships with SAP professionals across key European markets
- Develop and maintain a strong network of high-quality, passive candidates
- Partner with international clients on permanent hiring needs within SAP ecosystems
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role qualification through to placement
- Provide consultative advice on salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and market insights
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your niche
- Take increasing ownership of your desk, clients, and revenue
- Position yourself as a specialist within a defined SAP vertical
Who We’re Looking For
- 1+ years’ experience as a 180/360 Recruitment Consultant or in a target-driven role
- Individuals looking to step into a more specialist, high-value market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and a consultative approach
- Competitive, driven, and resilient mindset
- Motivation to build long-term success and market ownership
