As a Recruitment Consultant in the SAP Permanent team, you will:

  • Build and manage relationships with SAP professionals across key European markets
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of high-quality, passive candidates
  • Partner with international clients on permanent hiring needs within SAP ecosystems
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role qualification through to placement
  • Provide consultative advice on salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and market insights
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your niche
  • Take increasing ownership of your desk, clients, and revenue
  • Position yourself as a specialist within a defined SAP vertical

Who We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years’ experience as a 180/360 Recruitment Consultant or in a target-driven role
  • Individuals looking to step into a more specialist, high-value market
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness and a consultative approach
  • Competitive, driven, and resilient mindset
  • Motivation to build long-term success and market ownership
