Senior Analytics Engineer in City of London

Job Description

We’re working with a tech business backed by one of Europe’s largest logistics funding rounds to find a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their team in London.

You’ll sit within their biggest and most data‐rich squad, focused on last mile delivery operations. Day to day you’ll be designing and building foundational data models, driving data quality across the platform, and playing a key role in the data layer that powers a growing set of agentic AI systems.

• Designing and building foundational data models
• Driving data quality across the platform
• Playing a key role in the data layer that powers a growing set of agentic AI systems

• 5+ years in an analytics engineering, data engineering or analytics role

• Strong SQL across BigQuery and PostgreSQL
• Solid dbt experience, building and maintaining scalable, reliable DAGs
• Python proficiency for scripting, automation and data manipulation
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate your own workflow

• Dagster or Airflow experience is a nice to have
• Any exposure to ML workflows or real-time pipelines

£100,000 to £130,000 base salary plus equity, with annual top-ups. Private health and dental cover. 25 days holiday plus enhanced parental leave, 4 days on-site, 1 remote.
