Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist

The role

As a technically expert Dynamics 365 Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in the design, delivery and ongoing improvement of our Dynamics 365 Online and Power Platform solutions.

You’ll act as a trusted technical lead, ensuring our CRM platform is scalable, efficient and aligned with user needs.

The team

Our IT and compliance team underpins everything we do. Following significant infrastructure transformation, the focus is now on delivering modern, secure and user-centred digital platforms.

You’ll be a core member of our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) programme, working closely with teams across the organisation to deliver a streamlined, flexible CRM solution that replaces legacy systems and empowers our people to work smarter.

What You Will Do

Lead the technical build of a new Dynamics 365 Online CRM solution, migrating consumer advice programmes from legacy systems

  • Own day-to-day Dynamics 365 Online operations, including environment management, user access, reference data and enhancements
  • Design and deliver solutions across Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other internal and external systems
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Product, Marketing and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end digital services
  • Manipulate, visualise and interpret data to support insight-driven decision making
  • Coach and upskill colleagues, enhancing organisational knowledge of Dynamics 365

What You Will Bring

Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Online, particularly:

  • Customer Service workspaces
  • Configuration and customisation
  • Business Process Flows
  • Dashboards, forms, views and reporting
  • In-depth understanding of omnichannel contact and case management
  • Proven experience designing solutions using a configuration-first approach
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform:
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Copilot Studio
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other applications
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical and functional documentation
