The software is an Enterprise-level mentoring platform to match, manage and scale mentoring, coaching, buddying and sponsorship programs. The award-winning software connects thousands of mentors and mentees across corporation, educational
institutions, and professional organisations.
The mission is to make mentoring more accessible, effective and impactful for everyone; the individuals involved in mentoring and the program managers, such as learning and development and HR managers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships - Prospecting and Drive Outbound Activity.
- Identifying and engaging with senior business leaders across events, phone, email, LinkedIn
- You need to be comfortable selling into the C-suite of enterprise clients
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Meet and exceed financial goals
- London based.
Qualifications
- You will have an Acquisition focused sales experience - Minimum 2 years
- Selling Platform, SaaS based solutions - ideally HR Tech, L&D or Coaching profile.
- C-suite , consultative sales experience
- A huge desire for Learning and Development - Curious and Inquisitive.
