A rapidly growing fintech with significant operational investment is looking for an exceptional BDR Leader to lead its expanding London-based outbound sales team . This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a business scaling its commercial organisation to meet growing demand.

The Role
As BDR Leader , you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of BDRs in London.
- Build a best in class outbound sales function.
- Drive outbound performance and consistent pipeline generation,
- Build and refine scalable processes, playbooks, and performance frameworks.
- Partner closely with Sales & Commercial Leadership and other business functions & teams.
- Play a central role in shaping a high-velocity, high-standards commercial engine.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing BDR/SDR teams in a fast-paced SaaS, fintech, or technology-led environment.
- Strong operational leadership: coaching, metrics, process-building, and performance management.
- A hands-on, high-accountability leadership style.
- Ability to thrive in a scaling environment with high visibility and ownership
- Experience prospecting and selling into financial markets is highly desirable.
