🏌️ Technical Delivery Manager | England Golf

England Golf is looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of exciting digital and technology initiatives as we continue to transform how we connect with golfers, members and the wider golf community.

This is an opportunity to work in a cutting-edge technology environment, including AI, automation, data, cloud and Microsoft technologies, helping turn emerging opportunities into practical solutions that deliver real organisational value.

You’ll lead initiatives from discovery through to implementation and adoption, working closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, technology suppliers and specialist partners. You’ll also help strengthen our delivery capability, governance and ways of working.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Significant experience delivering digital, technology, software, data or systems initiatives

• Strong Agile, hybrid delivery and project management experience

• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills

• The ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous situations

• A practical, evidence-led approach to emerging technologies and AI

• Experience managing multiple initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes

📍 Based: England Golf Headquarters, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire (office-based/hybrid)
