We’re building a well-rounded team with multi-disciplinary expertise across product, AI, finance, UI/UX, and engineering to support our goal of developing AI agents capable of reading, analysing, and integrating disparate sources of financial and market data. Our platform is designed for the distinct demands of institutional investors, with accuracy, reliability, and privacy at the core of the product.

The Role

As an AI Engineer, you will:

• Build scalable multi-modal large-language-model based AI agents
• Research and develop solutions to applied AI challenges including RAG, semantic search, knowledge representation, function calling, fine-tuning, and reasoning in LLMs
• Develop evaluations, metrics, and benchmarks for applied AI systems
• Present innovative solutions through proofs of concept and demos, and convert them into production-ready code
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and other team members to design and build new capabilities

Who You Are

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong programming experience and familiarity with Python-based deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
• Experience writing production-quality code
• Familiarity with recent developments in large language models and AI agents
• Knowledge of core machine learning concepts and supporting mathematics including linear algebra, probability, statistics, and multivariate calculus
• Strong communication and presentation skills (technical discussions, brainstorming, research writing, etc.)

Nice to Have

• Experience in industrial research, such as research internships or previous AI/ML engineering roles
• Experience in academic research, demonstrated through research projects or publications
