We’re assembling a multidisciplinary team across engineering, AI, product, and design to build a next-generation platform for institutional-grade use cases.

The Role

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the infrastructure behind a modern microservices platform.

You’ll work closely with backend, data, and AI teams to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Execution

• Manage Kubernetes-based infrastructure (GKE preferred), including service mesh, Helm, and configuration tooling
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions)
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Implement and maintain cloud networking, storage, and security
• Build and evolve observability and monitoring systems (e.g. Datadog)
• Support platform reliability and performance initiatives

Leadership & Team Support

• Mentor engineers and provide regular feedback
• Conduct 1:1s and support career development
• Help unblock teams and foster a high-performing engineering culture

Requirements

• 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps roles
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (GKE preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and cloud infrastructure
• Experience building or maintaining secure, multi-tenant systems
• Strong understanding of cloud networking and debugging
• Experience working with GCP (AWS exposure is a plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience with observability tools (e.g. Datadog)
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
• Understanding of cloud security and best practices
• Familiarity with backend development (Python or Go preferred)
