We’re assembling a multidisciplinary team across engineering, AI, product, and design to build a next-generation platform for institutional-grade use cases.
The Role
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the infrastructure behind a modern microservices platform.
You’ll work closely with backend, data, and AI teams to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability across systems.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Execution
- Manage Kubernetes-based infrastructure (GKE preferred), including service mesh, Helm, and configuration tooling
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions)
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Implement and maintain cloud networking, storage, and security
- Build and evolve observability and monitoring systems (e.g. Datadog)
- Support platform reliability and performance initiatives
Leadership & Team Support
- Mentor engineers and provide regular feedback
- Conduct 1:1s and support career development
- Help unblock teams and foster a high-performing engineering culture
Requirements
- 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps roles
- Strong experience with Kubernetes (GKE preferred)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and cloud infrastructure
- Experience building or maintaining secure, multi-tenant systems
- Strong understanding of cloud networking and debugging
- Experience working with GCP (AWS exposure is a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience with observability tools (e.g. Datadog)
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
- Understanding of cloud security and best practices
- Familiarity with backend development (Python or Go preferred)
