Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner (UX) to translate product vision into user-centric outcomes. You’ll own the product backlog, drive UX prioritisation, and ensure high-value delivery through close collaboration with design, engineering, and business stakeholders.

You’ll act as the voice of the user, ensuring that product decisions align with both user needs and long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Translate product strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap focused on user value
Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business impact, user needs, and technical considerations
Collaborate closely with design and engineering to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Use data, research, and feedback to guide prioritisation and decision-making
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
Break down complex features and ensure teams have clarity to deliver effectively
Align business objectives with user outcomes and manage stakeholder expectations
Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement

About You

5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner with a strong UX focus
Proven experience managing and prioritising complex product backlogs
Strong advocate for user-centred design and research-led decisions
Ability to balance UX priorities with business and technical constraints
Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and commercial teams
Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with SaaS products and modern product/UX tools (e.g. Figma, analytics platforms, delivery tools)

Nice to Have

Experience working on data-intensive, analytics, or AI-driven products
Exposure to financial services, fintech, or similarly complex domains
