Chief Sales Marketing Officer
Enix Ltd is an independent UK provider of web, email, and cloud services. Trading under several brands, including HostPresto, Brixly, and Eco Hosting, we deliver web, email, and cloud solutions to hundreds of thousands of users.
We are seeking an experienced Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) / Marketing Manager with a proven track record of creating and implementing a broad range of marketing strategies within the web services, SaaS, or related sectors, delivering measurable results.
While the successful candidate’s role at Enix will be CSMO, this position is not limited to those who already hold that title. We welcome applications from anyone who meets the role description. Having grown organically for over two decades with minimal marketing, we are now looking to explore new opportunities to accelerate our growth. The successful candidate will have a blank canvas and a sizeable budget to build a marketing strategy from the ground up, planning and executing initiatives such as:
- PPC
- SEO
- Content marketing
- Email marketing
- Cold outreach
- Account-based marketing
- Social media marketing (organic and paid)
- Affiliate and partner programmes (revenue share)
- Referral programmes (incentivised customer referrals)
- Webinars and virtual events (demos, thought leadership)

Given our scale, this is a hands-on role. While there will be opportunities to delegate and outsource, you will be expected to both plan and directly execute many of the strategies.

This is a permanent (standard 40 hour work week), fully remote position, with the option to work flexibly from our offices in Hinckley, Leicestershire, or Whiteley (Fareham) if preferred.
The salary on offer is between £50k and £80k per annum which will depend on experience and track record.
