Our client is a fast-growing SaaS Platform that allows enterprise organisations to onboard, classify, manage, source and pay their contractor workforce globally.

They are looking for a delivery manager, this is not a traditional account management role, nor is it a standard recruitment post. It sits at the high-speed intersection of Client Service, Project Management, and Talent Intelligence.

What the Delivery Manager will be doing:

• Move fast - Respond quickly to client briefs, source great candidates and keep every process moving.
• Deliver quality -Shortlist and present the right candidates, not just the most candidates.
• Improve how they work - Spot opportunities to streamline processes and help us scale.
• Own the details - Manage interviews, compliance and onboarding with accuracy and care.
• Build trusted relationships - Deliver an outstanding experience for clients and candidates every time.
