My client is looking for an experienced Account Director with a strong background in managing global workforce solutions across enterprise accounts.
They are a high-growth FMS, connecting businesses with vetted freelance specialists across Tech, Marketing & Creative, supported by an all-in-one SaaS platform covering payroll, global compliance, bookings, reporting and more.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the complexity of enterprise environments and has experience driving growth within global workforce or contingent labour programmes.
What the Account Director will be doing:
- Managing and developing relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring a high level of service delivery
- Identifying and driving growth opportunities through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Building and executing tailored growth strategies across global accounts
- Navigating complex stakeholder environments and influencing at all levels, including C-suite
- Staying close to market trends and aligning solutions to client needs
What the Account Director will bring:
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts
- Background in global workforce solutions / contingent workforce programmes
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive revenue growth
- Experience upselling and cross-selling complex, tailored solutions
- Ability to build long-term, strategic client relationships
