Senior Software Engineers (Java)

We are thrilled to be working with a recently established tech team in Belfast to recruit for Senior Software Engineers focused on Back-End Software Engineering mainly working with Java and Spring. This is an opportunity to join a fast growing, global business that has recently set up in NI and are committed to scaling a successful software engineering team in the region.

The Role

• Working with Java and Spring Boot to design, implement and test scalable server-side microservices
• Contribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) solutions with Jenkins
• Work with the product team and other engineering teams to gather requirements and focus on product integration
• Identify, investigate and remedy performance bottlenecks
• Collaborative in backend design and code reviews

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in software development
• Strong experience in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot)
• CI/CD Xxperience working with tools, such as Docker, Terraform, Git, Jenkins
• Experienced working in GCP and/or AWS cloud environments

Salary Package

• Base Salary: Up to £75k
• Bonus: Up to 19%
