The Role Our Consultants are experts in their field, well connected across the tech sector, and driven to deliver great outcomes for clients and candidates. As a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, your role will include: Candidate Sourcing: Finding and engaging the best people in the market and building trusted relationships with them. Account Management: Nurturing established client relationships with your clients to build long-term, successful partnerships. Business Development: Engaging new companies and key decision makers to forge new successful relationships. Recruitment Marketing: Using social media to promote your personal brand, your live roles, your clients, and your candidates to the market. Recruitment Administration: Keeping information accurate and up to date in our recruitment systems (Bullhorn CRM/ATS). Hitting Revenue Targets: Consistently meeting and exceeding your agreed targets. What are we looking for? Ideally, you'll have an established background in IT recruitment and a proven track record of building successful client and candidate relationships while maintaining a high-performing desk. That said, we're open to hearing from successful Recruitment Consultants from any discipline who are keen to build a recruitment career within the tech sector. Aside from your background, we look for: A proven ability to consistently hit revenue targets Self-motivated people who are proactive with a genuine will to win Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with CRM/ATS systems and solid administration skills Real pride in your personal brand within the industry A knack for planning and executing well to smash your targets Salary and Package Competitive Base Salary Commission: Paid monthly between 10% and 20% of all billings (uncapped) Super Bonuses: based on agreed targets Hybrid Working Health Insurance 25 Days Holiday + 10 Stat Days Interested?
