Technical Delivery Manager (Belfast)

Enso Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with a leading innovative company in Belfast to recruit for the role of Technical Delivery Manager. This is a key position to support to implementation and delivery of new technology solutions in their growing environment.

As Technical Delivery Manager , you will lead the delivery of all new technical solutions whilst leading multiple technical teams across various internal and external projects.

The Role

• Guide and inspire diverse technical teams, establishing strategic direction for multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for your projects, leveraging methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices across on-premises, Azure cloud, SaaS, and various cutting-edge platforms and tools.
• Foster strong collaboration across teams, departments, and external partners, aligning efforts to deliver effective technology outcomes.
• Champion innovation, continuously seeking and implementing new approaches to enhance quality, speed, and maintainability, while actively sharing insights with peers.
• Plan and optimize team capacity, ensuring the right skills and resources are in place to meet project demands and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate closely with project management to guide initiatives from initial concept through to successful deployment and closure.
• Manage vendor relationships, working with partners to drive efficient, high-quality project delivery.

The Person

• Previous experience managing the technical delivery of 3rd party technology providers.
• Past exposure to both Agile & Waterfall methodologies
• Solid experience leading multiple technical teams i.e. Data Engineering, Technical Analysis, QA, PM, BA etc
• Understanding of the principles of several of the following technologies: .NET, Azur, SQL, API, CI/CD, DevOps.
