Role: ERP Training Specialist
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000

We are looking for an ERP Trainer and Specialist to join an aviation company based in Bournemouth. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality ERP training across the organisation, supporting key business functions including Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance.
As ERP Training Specialist, you will develop and deliver engaging training programmes, and provide expert user support.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive ERP training programmes.
• Provide in-person training at our Bournemouth HQ and other UK/international sites.
• Act as a key point of contact for ERP user support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the Change Lead Group to align training with evolving business processes.
• Maintain training standards and continuously improve training effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and engineering practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver complex topics in an engaging and accessible way.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
