High Speed Hardware Design Engineer to £100k

Experienced hardware design engineer required to lead electronics designs from early architecture through to production and long-term support, working closely with firmware, systems, and manufacturing engineers.

Hardware Design Engineer responsibilities –

• Lead and own FPGA hardware designs across multiple products
• Define system and subsystem architectures
• Design high-speed schematics
• Chair formal design reviews and drive verification and validation
• Evaluate and introduce new electronics technologies into production

Hardware Design Engineer essential requirements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
• 10+ years electronics hardware design experience
• Strong high-speed digital design background (FPGAs, processors, DDR, PCIe)
• Full lifecycle product experience
• Confident with schematic capture, prototyping, and debug
