Associate Product Owner/ Digital Product Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their Product, Business Analysis or Digital Transformation career who wants to work in a modern agile environment and gain exposure to product ownership, stakeholder engagement, technology delivery and AI-driven innovation.

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support product backlog management and sprint planning activities
- Work with Agile teams to deliver digital solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Help drive digital transformation initiatives
- Support the adoption of AI, automation and emerging technologies
- Assist with technology integration and continuous improvement projects
- Monitor product performance and contribute to ongoing enhancements

Required Skills
- 1-5 years' experience in a digital, product, technology or business analysis role
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe or Kanban)
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- A passion for technology and continuous learning
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint)
- Exposure to AI, automation or digital innovation initiatives
- Experience within healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical or regulated industries
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles and product management practices
