Summary of the role

Envisso is seeking a dynamic senior account executive to lead our expansion efforts with payment companies across the UK and Europe. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a robust background in the payments sector, risk management and a proven track record of engaging with senior executives to foster product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Owning revenue targets for the UK & Europe markets.
  • Lead Market Engagement: Craft high-quality go-to-market strategies and materials; initiate and maintain engagement with senior executives, along with risk, commercial, and technical stakeholders at prospective partners to secure business deals.
  • Enhancing Sales Processes: Building on the foundations that have been established to further enhance Envisso's approach to sales.
  • Promoting the Envisso Brand: Continuing to increase brand awareness in the key markets we operate in, with a primary focus on the UK & Europe.
  • Marketing Support: Assisting in the initial build out of the Envisso marketing function.
  • Prospect Advocate: Providing a bridge between our prospects and the product/technology teams - ensuring we are building what our future customers need.

Role Requirements

  • Prior experience selling to Acquirers, Payment Facilitator and/or other types of payment companies.
  • Understands custom sales processes, requiring a high degree of customer discovery.
  • 7+ years of experience as an account executive focused on revenue growth, combined with continued hands-on engagement in the full sales cycle.
  • Evidence of hitting $1M+ personal annual revenue targets on a consistent basis.
  • Experience selling in both the UK & Western European markets.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge / experience working in the insurance industry.
  • Prior experience working closely with marketing functions.
  • Has built regional sales teams from the bottom up.
  • US related sales experience.
  • Has worked in remote working environments for 2+ years (excluding Covid).
