You own institutional growth across Europe - sourcing asset issuers, onboarding capital, and structuring partnerships that actually move money. High autonomy, direct exposure to leadership, no bureaucracy.

→ Strong network across funds / fintech / trading firms

→ Experience selling or structuring financial products

→ Strong DeFi knowledge whether that's in a professional or personal capacity

→ Bonus if you’ve worked in crypto or with tokenized assets
