The Role:
We’re looking for a tenacious, motivated, and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our sales team. This is a high-energy role ideal for someone at the start of their sales career who wants structured training, rapid progression, and uncapped earning potential.
You’ll spend much of your time engaging decision-makers by phone, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for our account management team. You’ll also gain real exposure to the IT industry through vendor collaboration and industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a high level of outbound prospecting activity (typically around 100 calls per day).
• Speak with IT decision-makers to understand their challenges and needs
• Promote our IT infrastructure and cyber security solutions
• Consistently book at least 1 qualified meeting per day for the sales team.
• Attend and support IT industry events and trade shows to generate leads and build industry knowledge
• Work closely with our vendor partners to understand their technologies and value propositions
• Accurately record activity and outcomes in the CRM
• Continuously develop sales skills, objection handling, and product knowledge
• Collaborate closely with Internal Account Managers and Sales Leadership

Targets & KPIs:
• Daily outbound call target: 100 calls
• Daily meeting booking target: 1 qualified meeting per day
• Performance measured on activity, quality of conversations, and results

Career Progression:
This role is designed as a launchpad into IT sales.
After 8–12 months, successful performers will progress into an Internal Account Manager role, managing their own customer accounts, closing deals, and significantly increasing earning potential.
