Overview How You’ll Make an Impact As an Account Manager at Epsilon, you'll lead the client servicing and delivery of innovative digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of top Publicis brands, collaborating closely with the agency teams as well as internal cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for helping to drive Publicis growth, retention, and revenue through exceptional service and strategic execution. The role is highly collaborative, working with Publicis agencies as well as internal cross teams internally plus working alongside your client to deliver the best in class objective-based solutions. - As Account Manager, you will join our agency team, which collaborates closely with Publicis Groupe agencies. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting and working alongside our Client Development team to deliver top-notch solutions and services to our expanding Publicis client portfolio.
- You will be in charge managing media business across Publicis accounts by building servicing current accounts, building relationships, educating client teams and helping to cross sell products.
- In charge of launching new campaigns for our current portfolio of Publicis clients. Working with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly, including creating JIRA launch tickets and arranging KO calls
- Working with agency teams to ensure we have assets and info we need from their side to ensure smooth launches - creative tags, campaign KPIs, any additional tracking, etc
- Supporting on creative services with internal teams and agencies when necessary.
