Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of EMEA Product & Solution Marketing, the Senior Product & Solution Marketing Manager is responsible for adapting Equinix's digital infrastructure solutions to meet the unique needs of the EMEA markets. This role encompasses all areas of Equinix's expertise, including AI-ready data centers, multicloud connectivity, and edge computing.

In this role, you will drive strategic go-to-market initiatives, influence product positioning, and collaborate across functions to create measurable impact in a dynamic and diverse region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Product Marketing: Develop and launch highly visible EMEA-specific product and solution initiatives by adapting global marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, accelerate pipeline, achieve revenue goals, and grow market share. Collaborate with field marketing to drive high-impact flagship events, industry conferences, and partner events that showcase our solutions and enhance customer engagement.
  • Product Positioning and Storytelling: Translate complex digital infrastructure solutions into compelling regional narratives, develop thought leadership content and drive customer success stories for EMEA. Represent Equinix at regional conferences, events, analyst briefings, and speaking engagements.
  • Regional Sales Play Execution: Lead the activation of solution plays by developing and implementing customized strategies, including account targeting, sales enablement, and integrated marketing initiatives. Ensure successful performance and adoption of these strategies in alignment with strategic performance KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel, and Alliances teams, to ensure alignment of sales plays, product strategy and roadmap. Track performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, computer science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive Product Marketing experience.

  • EMEA: Strong regional or international business experience, particularly in the EMEA region.
  • AI-Ready Infrastructure: Awareness of how data center infrastructure supports AI workloads through power density, interconnection, and networking.
  • Data center infrastructure: compute, storage, cloud and networking.
