Senior Project Manager - ERP
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, Midlands (3 days per week in office)
Salary: 70-90k+ benefits

An industry-leading logistics and distribution business is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major ERP upgrade to the Cloud. You'll work closely with the Change Manager to deliver this high-impact transformation, ensuring business processes and functionality are optimised.

• Lead a major ERP upgrade to the Cloud and manage the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Change Manager to deliver a high-impact transformation; optimise business processes and functionality.
• Provide strong leadership and drive delivery across stakeholders.

• Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP projects.
• Strong business focus with commercial awareness and understanding of operational processes.
• Experience implementing PPM software (ideally PM3).
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to influence at all levels.
• Desirable: experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), wholesale, or distribution sectors.
• Blend of hands-on delivery, strategic leadership and business acumen.
• Availability to start ASAP.

Employment: Permanent

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 plus excellent benefits
