Digital Manager – North Yorkshire / Hybrid with 3 days per week from home Up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits An established and growing organisation require a skilled Digital Manager / Web Manager to lead their digital department. The organisation is going on a digital transformation journey, and you will have oversight of their infrastructure, mobile apps and websites.As a Web Manager, you will ensure the seamless integration of a variety of digital and CRM systems, ensuring they are secure, user-friendly, and aligned with the business goals. The Digital Manager will lead the planning and delivery of their digital transformation, futureproofing the organisation and enhancing business operations.This role requires at least two days per week attendance in their North Yorkshire office.Key responsibilities:
- Management, development and integration of various apps, websites and CRM systems,
- SEO and analytics leadership
- Delivery of innovative digital solutions
- Ensure seamless CRM integration and a smooth UX
- Oversight of website and app development
- Monitor analytics and user engagement
- Implement SEO strategies
- Experience as a Web Manager
- Proven experience managing websites and apps, ideally in a membership or not-for-profit setting
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms
- Understanding of web development technologies e.g. JavaScript, PHP etc.
- Microsoft Dynamics experience would be beneficial
- Experience of SEO, digital marketing, UX best practices, and web analytics tools
- Basic salary up to £40,000
