ERP Support & Reporting Analyst - ScunthorpeWe're working with a well established UK business looking to add an ERP Support & Reporting Analyst to their team based out of Scunthorpe.This ERP Support / MRP Systems support role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical skills with a practical understanding of operational business processes. Experience within manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or commercial environments would be highly beneficial.While Epicor BisTrack experience is preferred, we're also keen to hear from candidates with broader ERP or MRP system experience.The Role Supporting and maintaining ERP, reporting, and operational systemsWriting and maintaining SQL queries and stored proceduresSupporting Crystal Reports and data reporting requirementsAdministering ERP systems, including users, permissions, and configurationInvestigating and resolving system, reporting, and data issuesProviding day-to-day support to business usersAssisting with upgrades, integrations, and system improvementsWhat We're Looking For Strong SQL skillsExperience supporting ERP or MRP systemsExperience with reporting tools such as Crystal ReportsUnderstanding of operational business processesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively with both technical and non-technical usersDesirable Epicor BisTrack experienceManufacturing, distribution, merchanting, or commercial sector experienceExperience with ERP integrations and data managementKeywords; ERP Support, Reporting Analyst, Bistrack, Epicor, Bistrack Epicor, Crystal Reports, Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, SQL, MRP SystemsThis is a varied, hands-on role offering ownership of key business systems and the opportunity to support and improve critical ERP and reporting functions.Based on-site in North Lincolnshire, with some flexibility where appropriate.Erin Associates Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.TPBN1_UKTJ
