Gas Team Manager - Chorley - Hybrid Gas, Team Leader, Energy, Utilities, Communication, Business Process Outsourced Management This highly successful organisation are looking for a Gas Team Manager to join an established team. The role requires someone to manage the Gas team to meet required performance levels and service levels. This is a fast-paced role that will suit someone who is used to working to close targets and deadlines. Key duties includes:
  • Managing the operational delivery of the gas team
  • Communicating performance statistics and ensuring development and training plans are in place for all customer advisors
  • Aiding with all project meetings as and when required and completing industry related test activities to agreed timescales
  • Managing and planning resource deployment within the Gas team
  • Achieving all SLAs and operating plans
  • Ensuring team 1-2-1's are compelted and providing training and development plans for staff
Core skills & experience for this Gas Team Manager includes:
  • Proven experience working within the UK Energy industry
  • Experience of business process outsourced management is essential
  • Able to lead and motivate a team within tight deadlines
  • Responding efficiently to contract/department issues
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
