Software Trainer – Legal Services - West Midlands  45k plus excellent benefits including private medical care, dental insurance, gym discount, Life assurance, Pension & hybrid working Dudley, Wolverhampton, West MidlandsA growing professional services firm is hiring an experienced IT Trainer to support the design, development, and delivery of in-house training solutions. This IT Trainer / Software Trainer will work closely with Change, L&D, and Project teams to deliver both BAU and project-specific training.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver IT Training strategy and materials across multiple formats
• Deliver onboarding & refresher training, create engaging learning materials
• Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback
• Support users post-implementation during system changes
• Administer and track training activities

You’ll Need:

• Prior IT Training experience (legal sector preferential)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent understanding of IT systems, software, and tools used in law firms
• Knowledge of complex systems and multiple software apps
• Passion for L&D and strong technical communication skills
• Training certifications (desirable)
